My clients are some of the largest restaurants and brands in the business. What I love about my work is that every day is different and each client of mine has unique challenges.
Earlier this year I was asked to design a platform for a unique drink program for Applebee’s, one of my favorite clients. With around 2,000 units it has to be operationally easy and has to make sense across the entire country.
We partnered with our friends at Martini and Rossi to create a drink called the Rose-Rita. I love this drink for so many reasons: I think it has a ton of social diffusion, when you watch someone order it everyone looks to see what that person got, it tastes great.
Who does not want to be on the Rose band wagon? And it has a ton of proprietary social media attention. You can take a photo of this drink and immediately know you are at a neighborhood Applebeee’s.
This drink pops in and off their menu so be sure to order one when you see one.
